Is your Apt. rented ? Do you use it only for the summer months. I'm looking for a place until June until my new place is ready to move into. I have my 17 yr. old daughter living with me and we have NO pets. I'll up the bid to $800/month and pay two months in advance. Is it available for longer if need be ?
